Candice King, an American actress rose to fame as Caroline Forbes in The Vampire Diaries. Candice King started her acting career during the mid 1990s, as a singer. The album she released her debut, Always the Innocent Ones in United States, was released in 2009 The album features 14 songs, 12 of which included in the album were penned by her. In addition to her acting work and singing, she also appeared in shows like How I Met Your Mother. Although her acting career had been steady, she couldn't get noticed up until The Vampire Diaries. The show instantly brought her into the spotlight. Candice King's brilliant performance and acting were praised. Her role was reprised for the 171-episode show's eight seasons. The Originals was her spin-off, which aired in the year 2018; Legacies came out in 2021.
